• A valid passcode provided by a subscription holder

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (quarterly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if no games have been accessed
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Share your access code beyond your authorized number of seats
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our games
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

7. Educational Use

Our games are designed for educational purposes. Schools and institutions purchasing multi-seat licenses agree to use the Services solely for educational activities within their organization.
